Gus Hosein is a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science.  At the LSE he lectures and researches on
technology policy.  He is a Senior Fellow at Privacy International
where he works on various issues including communications
surveillance, free expression, and international policy-making.  He
advises a number of non-governmental, governmental, and
inter-governmental organisations on matters relating to identity,
surveillance, and anti-terrorism policy.  He has a B.Math (Hons) from
the University of Waterloo and a PhD from the University of London
